104. Lesotho image

The Kingdom of Lesotho owns the distinction of having the highest lowest point of any country in the world with the entire nation being at least fourteen hundred meters above sea level.. The Drakensberg and Maluti mountain ranges separate it from South Africa on every side and have earned Lesotho the nickname the “Kingdom of the Sky”.. If I ever get to go to here I will be taking one of the renowned pony treks to see the stunning country side and heading to the Maletsunyane Falls which cascade almost two hundred meters in the Semonkong district.. The stunning mountain scenery and the laid back traditional lifestyle of the locals are what will make this the trip of a lifetime!

Are you a positive thinker or just delusional?

"Of all the preposterous assumptions of humanity, nothing exceeds the criticisms made on the fate of those who suffer by the well-housed, well-warmed, and well-fed."

— Herman Melville
